• Backup your CRM data prior to migration (recommended)
• Respond to queries, approvals, and validation requests promptly
• Review and confirm migrated data during the validation period

5. Data Access & Retention

• We do not sell, share, or use your CRM data for purposes other than migration.
• Migration data is deleted after project completion unless otherwise agreed.

8. Acceptance & Revisions
